This Privacy Policy outlines how Ladder Press (the “app”), released by disamatex.com, processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.

Ladder Press neither collects, stores nor transmits any personal data to disamatex.com or any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts and includes no analytics or third‑party crash reporting services.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and includes no advertising SDKs or external tracking mechanisms.

All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services directly; Google Play and Android operate under their own privacy frameworks.
Children's privacy

Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, deletion is achieved by uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. No system is entirely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid gathering unnecessary data.
